Zerafone, LLC does not sell nor solicit customer's email addresses.  However you will receive periodic updates and informational emails from Zerafone and/or RNK Telecom, as well as account status emails from RNK Telecom and Zerafone.

Zerafone's service plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty, with the following exception.  Zerafone will supply you with a free VoIP phone adapter when you sign up for any of our three plans (each plan has a one time initial activation fee of $25.00).  There is no charge for the adapter, however in the event you cancel your service before the first 90 days you must return the adapter, at your expense, or you will be charged $75.00.

As a Zerafone customer you acknowledge and understand that E911 dialing, when available does not function unless you have successfully activated E911 for your account.  We suggest that you make sure that you have activated this feature and contact our support staff in the event that you have questions or difficulty in activation.

Zerafone/RNK Telecom accepts payment by credit card or debit card and upon sign up for our service agrees to be billed through these services and will charge customers as per there service agreement for the service on a month.
