Anonymous Call Rejection

Anonymous Call rejection when enabled will reject calls from a caller who has blocked their caller ID name or number. The caller will automatically hear a recording informing them you do not want to receive callers who  have blocked calls.

You can schedule, enable and disable this feature by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable Anonymous Call Rejection from the phone, pick up the hand-set, listen for dial tone and press *80, wait a few seconds and you should hear a confirmation. To deactivate, follow the same instructions and press *81 and wait for confirmation.
 

Blacklist

Blacklist allows you to block calls from specific phone numbers that when call will hear an automated message telling them that their number has been blocked. 

You can add or remove numbers by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone. To enable this feature using the phone, pick up the handset and listen for dial tone, then press *98 and follow the IVR prompts, entering your response after each prompt. To remove Blacklist, press * 99 and follow the IVR voice prompts.
 

Call Filter

Call filter forwards specified callers to a different phone number based on the caller's ID.

You can add  or delete number filtering using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable using the phone, pick up the handset listen for dial tone, then press *96 and follow the IVR prompts.  To turn the feature off press * 97 and follow the IVR prompts.
 

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding lets you forward your incoming calls to another telephone number within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

You can enable call forwarding by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable this by using the phone, pick up the phone and listen for dial tone then press * 72 and follow the IVR prompts. To turn off the forwarding press * 73 and wait for the IVR to confirm.
 

Call Return

You can Return a call back to the last number that called you simply by pressing *69.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting has been enabled on your phone and lets you to hear a tone that indicates you have a second incoming call.  If you want to answer that second call and still keep the current call press the flash button, which places the current caller on hold and connects you to the second caller.  To answer the second call.  To return to the first caller, press the flash button again.

Caller ID

Already activated on your ZeraFONe Caller ID will display the phone number of the person that is calling you in most cases.

Caller ID Blocking

Turn off your caller ID from displaying to other callers for a particular call.

You can add  or delete number filtering using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable by using the phone pick up the handset and listen for dial tone then press *67 and listen for a beep.  Hang up and then dial the 11-digit phone number you wish to call. To disable, press *68 and wait for the beep.

Do Not Disturb

Automatically sends calls to your Voicemail without your phone ever ringing.

You can enable Do Not Disturb by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable this by using the phone, pick up the phone and listen for dial tone then press * 78 and wait for a confirmation.   To disable, press *79 and wait for the confirmation. 

Find Me Follow Me

Using your web based control panel, Find Me, Follow Me is a feature where incoming calls are automatically forwarding to one, two or three telephone numbers within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. The forwarding sequence will be determined by the sequence you choose.

Hunt Groups

Using your web based control panel, a Hunt Group can be created where a group of telephone lines are set up to receive calls in a predetermined order; if one line is busy it cycles to the next line after a pre-set number of rings. A hunt group can be set up for ZeraFONe customers who have two or more accounts.

International Call Blocking

Block all outgoing calls to international destinations.

You can Block International calling by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable this by using the phone, pick up the phone and listen for dial tone then press * 82 and wait for a confirmation.   To disable, press *83 and wait for the confirmation. 

Music on Hold

For callers who are placed on hold a pleasant music will play. (This feature presents a very polished and professional appearance to your callers.)

Repeat Dial

Using your redial button on your phone will dial the last number you called.

Short-Digit Dialing

Using your web based control panel this feature will allow you to dial calls in your area without having to dial all the numbers.

Speed Dialing

You can enable call Speed Dialing by using your VoIP account on-line control panel or from the phone.  To enable this by using the phone, pick up the phone and listen for dial tone then press * 74 and follow the IVR prompts to program the speed dialing numbers from 0 to 9. To remove preset speed dial numbers press * 75 and wait for the IVR to confirm. 

Three-Way Calling

Three-Way Calling lets you to have a conference call with two other parties simultaneously and has been turned on by default.  To set up a conference Call your first party and after connected press the Flash button.  Now that party is on hold and you should have dial tone when you can dial the second party.  Press the flash button again and all three of you should now be connected.
 

Voicemail

Voicemail comes already enabled on your ZeraFONe account and allows you to retrieve your messages by dialing 8500 from the phone.  You will then be prompted for your pass code.  Voicemail greetings can also be personalized by recording your own message. 

Voicemail notification via email

ZearFONe service comes with an email notification of your voicemail with an attached WAV file attachment.  You can then play this message by clicking on it from your PC.  This feature will be enabled on your account when it is created using the email address supplied at that time.  Using your web based control panel, you can disable it or change the email address.

Wake Up Call

Wake UP Call is a feature that enables you to program your phone to ring at a predetermined time.
